Christian Starts a New Soccer Season

(September 12, 2008) Christian began his 3rd season of soccer today. Unfortunately, Coach Graham, who had been his coach for the previous two seasons, is pursuing a master's degree, and isn't coaching this season, so Christian had a new coach, Coach Skip. The last two seasons, Christian would usually spend the first five minutes or so getting over his shyness of practicing with his teammates; but not so with this practice. From the get-go, Christian was very into his practice. I'm not sure if Rhian and Reagan being there had anything to do with it, but he was the best player of the 10 that were there (this is my non-biased opinion, of course! :o) Coach Skip made it fun, by applying a train theme to the practice. This was perfect for Christian! Trains and soccer, it couldn't get any better!! Unfortunately we had no camera to take pictures. Christian's friend Hunter is on the team as well, but wasn't able to make this practice. We'll definitely have the camera for his next practice!
